How a payout to a self-employed worker works
- 01
The operator enters the order
Your manager records the order volume from the client (e.g. KFC or Magnum) and passes it to the operator. The operator enters the positions in the TEOS dashboard.
- 02
A worker takes a shift
Self-employed workers see available shifts in the TEOS mobile app and pick the ones that suit them.
- 03
Shift closed - work act ready
Once the shift is closed, TEOS automatically generates the work completion act.
- 04
Money - the same day
TEOS initiates the payout right away. The worker gets the money on the day the shift closes - with no manual confirmation from an operator or finance manager.
- 05
A report for invoicing the client
The partner's finance manager receives a summary payout report and invoices the client based on real platform data.
Why working with the self-employed pays off for an outsourcer
A self-employed worker pays 4% of income in social payments and 0% personal income tax under Kazakhstan law - versus 23-30% under an employment or civil-law contract. The tax savings go straight into the partner's margin.
- Same-day payouts - no manual registries or bank exports.
- Framework agreements, work acts and e-document flow (EDO) are generated by the platform after every shift.
- Worker verification (KYC) happens once - after that, the worker can work with any of your clients without repeat checks.
How much payouts through TEOS cost
The fee is a negotiated percentage of the workers' payroll. It is fixed in the contract and deducted automatically with every payout. No subscription fees, hidden charges or onboarding costs.
| Sample monthly calculation | Amount |
|---|---|
| Client invoice (KFC) | 2,000,000 ₸ |
| Paid to workers | 1,700,000 ₸ |
| TEOS fee (% of payroll) | 85,000 ₸ |
| Partner margin | 215,000 ₸ |
Partner margin = client invoice minus payouts via TEOS. Partner, client and worker balances are shown separately and in real time.
